About Us

Inspiring children to be resilient, compassionate, life-long learners

WNS provides an enriched learning environment that has helped countless students learn, develop and grow. Our unparalleled curriculum and teaching methods help students take the next step in their education and approach the future with skills like empathy, teamwork, creativity, wonder, resilience, and so much more.

We have the privilege of serving children in Provo, Orem,  & Vineyard, Utah, and the surrounding areas. If you’re new to our community and would like to learn more about our values, teaching staff, or anything else, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

HOW IT ALL STARTED:

Wasatch Nature School started in a Vineyard basement with a few neighborhood kids, with parents who were seeking more outdoor learning experiences for their children and was originally called "bug club."

We are now approaching our 9th year and we have grown exponentially to now serving in 2 beautiful locations that include 2 Forest Tots Classes, 10 Forest Preschool classes, 2 Forest Kindergarten classes, and 4 Wilderness Explorers classes!

Even though our community has grown the mission has always remained the same:

We strive to guide the learning of children in the outdoors through play,

curiosity, and wonder!

We're so excited to continue to serve children and families in our communities, to meet them where they are on their journey, to give them the confidence they need to learn outside, and to support them along the way!

We are so passionate about this work and can't wait

to welcome you to the

Wasatch Nature School Family!
